We’re seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager with a strong clinical background to be the face of our client’s flagship facility in the town of Chinchilla, approximately 3 hours drive west of Brisbane.

As their Residential Care Manager, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to lead the facility’s existing group of dedicated care personnel and foster a work environment of respect, accountability and continual learning. Ensuring delivery of the highest standards of care will be your driving focus as you balance that with the day to day financial, budgetary and operational needs of the organisation.

Rural based leadership opportunities require someone with the experience as well as the personality attributes and drive to embrace living outside of larger, metropolitan cities. We’ll be seeking:

• AHPR registration and experience in managing others in medium to large sized aged care living settings, sufficient to take up a residential care manager position.
• Solid clinical knowledge in all areas of Australian Aged Care
• Financial and budgetary skills as well as experience working with different technical systems and scheduling platforms
