About the role
We are recruiting for capable personal care workers/AINs for casual daily shifts with our residential aged care providers.
- Casual shifts in residential facilities are available AM (from 6am) PM (from 2pm) or NIGHT (from 10.00pm ) Monday to Friday.
- Receive shifts via our APP as soon as you register.
- Attractive pay rates plus penalties.
- Invitations to take up short-term lucrative rural contracts also on offer.

About your background and skills
As an AIN/Personal Care worker, you will bring min 1-year solid work experience in an Aged Care setting and have an enthusiastic attitude towards the career you’ve chosen. Your personality will compassionate and encouraging as your support those in your care.
Applicants must hold a min Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care) with placement completed in an Aged Care setting with:
- A current criminal history check.
- A valid CPR certificate.
- Current police check.
- Full immunisation history.
- Full working rights in Australia (may include Australian or NZ citizenship, permanent residency or a valid working visa).
- Own vehicle and licence to travel to various facilities.
