As a Domestic Support Worker with us, casual shifts will be available for you to visit and support clients living independently in their homes with general housekeeping duties;

• Changing bed linen
• Laundry
• Preparing a meal
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Bathroom/kitchen cleaning

Community Care shifts area available between Monday and Friday only, starting around 7.30am.

To work as a Domestic Support Worker you will have a work history that (ideally) includes manual based work that would see you transition easily to work in Aged Care. Alternatively you may be an undergraduate Nursing student seeking part time employment. Other requirements include:

• A valid working visa or capacity to work min 3 shifts per week (or min 48 hours per fortnight).
• Your own (insured) vehicle and drivers licence.
• A criminal history check.
• Full immunisation history.
• Professional presentation and genuine interest in the lives of others.
• A natural willingness to help and make a difference.
